Q. Is item XXXX still available?
 If you see it on the webstore and is NOT listed as out of stock, then it is available.

With the shopping cart system, out of stock items are either automatically removed from the store product listing or listed as out of stock.

 

Q. How do I register as a returning member on the site?
 All returning customers from Hijabi Boutique will qualify for 5% discount on ALL items. To qualify please do the following:-

  1. From the website, select link "Not register yet?" and fill up your details as per previous order especially the email account.
  2. We will manually check your purchase history and if there's no backout from previous order, you'll be upgraded to Gold Members which qualifies you for 5% discount on ALL items.

 

Q. How do I get more discount for purchasing more items?

  • Get free shipping for purchase above RM200 (starting Aug 2011) for ALL items including those that are on SALE!
     
  • Members who has accumulated above RM500 starting from Aug 10 2010 will have their membership status upgraded to receive 7% discount on all items (as long as there's no backout, changes and/or cancellation from the last order or your membership status will be downgraded one level)
     
  • Members who has accumulated above RM1000 starting from Aug 10 2010 will have their membership status upgraded to receive 10% discount for all items permanently (as long as there's no backout, changes and/or cancellation from the last order or your membership status will be downgraded one level)

  

Q. I can't see my discount eligibility when I'm logged in?

  • If you have just registered, please allow up to 24 hours for your account to be upgraded and you'll be notified via email and you'll see the discount reflected on each item
     

Q. How do purchase my order on the site?

For West Malaysia buyers, to order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase (Search for specific item by entering the dress code such as 8982 in the search box).
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button.
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button.
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
  9. Payment instruction will be given on the next page after order confirmation


For Sarawak/Sabah/International buyer, t
o order your purchase :-

  1. Click “Add to cart” button on the products you wish to purchase (Search for specific item by entering the dress code such as 8982 in the search box).
  2. Click “Continue Shopping” to continue add other products into the cart or click “Checkout” to proceed your payment for the products.
  3. You'll reach a log in page where you need to log in your account using your Username and Password. If you don't have an account created yet, you need to register an account before you proceed your payment.
  4. You'll need to confirm your shipping address on the “Shipping Address” page and click “next” button.
  5. From here, you need to select your shipping methods and click “next” button. (If you buy over MYR200 you will not see shipping fees/method here but that's fine as I will change your invoice manually afterwards with the correct shipping amount plus insurance)
  6. Next you'll need to choose your payment method then click “next” button. (Choose paypal for international transaction or option of Bank transfer for Sabah/Sarawak buyers)
  7. After the steps before this have been done, You need to reconfirm your billing details and agree on the terms and condition.
  8. Click “Confirm Order” to complete the order.
  9. Payment instruction will be given on the next page after order confirmation (Do NOT make payment directly if order is over 200 in any currency selected. I will send an invoice manually to the email in the invoice. If order is less than 200, then you can proceed with making payment via paypal/bank transfer)


Q. What are the payment methods available?
 Hijabi Boutique offers various kind of payment methods as shown below :-

  • Fee of 5% imposed on total order for domestic buyer 
  • Fee of 6% imposed on total order for international buyer

Q. How to change my account personal information and shipping address?

  • Log-in your account → Click on “Account Maintenance” → Edit your account information and Shipping address here.


Q. I forgot my password for my account. What should I do to retrieve it?

  1. Click on “Lost Password?” and fill your email that used to register the account in the box.
  2. Click Submit.
  3. A verification token will be sent to you. Once you have received the token, you will be able to choose a new password for your account.

 Q. How soon should I make payment?
Please make payment as soon as invoice is received. Any non payment within 48 hours will have the order cancelled and any existing membership level will be downgraded 
 

Q. Can I cancel or change an existing order that have been made?
 Yes,  only if the order is still on pending status.

- Orders that are in shipping or shipped will not be cancel.

Q. What is the product's transaction currency?
 All transactions will be done in Malaysian Ringgit/Ringgit Malaysia (MYR/RM).

Q. How long does the delivery usually takes?
