Return & Refund Policy
For wrong item sent to buyer
-Once buyer send it back to seller, the correct dress replacement will be sent out and buyer will be compensated for the shipping fee incurred when returning item.
For defective item
-Return it within 7 days at buyer's own costs and 100 percent refund will be made for the cost paid for the dress (minus shipping fee incurred when returning item but the shipping fee paid when purchasing item will be refunded)
-Definition of defective item includes
stain that is not washable,
measurement of length that differs more than 2 inches.
-The following conditions does not constitute defective item:
printed fabric doesn't look exactly as pictured(fabric placement might differ)
non straight sewing,
no inline hem,
one to two shade darker or lighter color than seen in picture (since color can differ slightly with use of flash),
dress doesn't fit right (please see dress description, SIZING GUIDE and ask question before buying)
For non-defective item
-Return it within 7 days at buyer's own costs and 50% refund will be made for the cost paid for the dress (minus shipping fee)
It will be checked to ensure it is in good condition. The packaging should also be in original condition in original shipping container as received. If the goods/products has been used or damaged by the customer, there will not be any refund. Hijabi Boutique will also not be responsible if your shipment is lost during the return transit. Once we have checked and confirm the goods/products, customer will received their refund within 2 days after the confirmation.
Domestic bank transfer
Refund payment will be made/transferred into any Bank in Malaysia as specified by the customer.
- CIMB and Maybank bank transfer will have no transfer fee. 100% refund value
- non Maybank or CIMB will have RM0.50 transfer fee to accomodate Interbank transfer fee charged by CIMB.
